Avaliação de usabilidade de dispositivos móveis de coleta de dados domiciliares através de entrevistas baseadas em cenários e tarefas

This paper presents the observational method of scenario and task based interviews to evaluate software usability. This is a flex form of field usability tests, which was adapted to Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics corporate context. This technique was created to be implemented with the users using PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants), mobile devices for statistical surveys. A software application was developed to support the digital questionnaire of the Continuous National Household Sample Survey and its usability was evaluated.
